Advanced Research Center is a trust, which was established in Patna, Bihar and Registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 in the year 2021, to achieve the following core objectives:- [A] To establish, develop, run and maintain research institute, capacity building programmes, projects, award and undertake research for social science, education, humanities, law, management & science and diffusion of new knowledge among the public in general and encouraging the application of science & technology in the service of the people for the development and advancement of society and quality of life among the people.
[B] To organize, promote, undertake, sponsor, carry-out all programmes for the benefit of naturally-challenged persons, physically challenged, schedule caste, schedule tribes, minorities, vulnerable and dispossessed, people under the poverty line, old-aged, widowed, orphaned, deprived and other down trodden without discrimination of any sort to generate employment, achieve hundred percent literacy, education, health, develop skill, etc. and provide opportunities in every field of life. [C] The vision and mission is to conduct  interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research in the field of Indian Knowledge System and provide important suggestion to policy makers. To establish a centre for excellence to promote,  act as a catalyst for initiating research, education, and outreach activities in various parts of the country, which is relevant to solve the current and emerging problems of Indian and the world and also try to fill the gap between the traditional Indian knowledge systems and contemporary knowledge systems.
